I have just checked the advertisement revenues statistics.
Our main income is from UK, Norway, USA, Singapore and Ireland.

So these five countries and their viewers will be preferred because they stand for most of our income.

Statistics also show that even though there is alot of traffic from Vietnam, Thailand and Hong Kong, these users do not find advertisements appropriate, even when they do find it. Google will not pay much per click due to the standards of these countries.

From now on everyone who speaks vietnamese or thai will be banned from chat and hopefully barred from hogging the bandwidth of the site.

Blacklisted viewers:
-Thailand
-Vietnam
-Hong Kong
