Gameweek 18

Fernando Torres(£9.4M): His price is at all-time low, but Rafa Benitez has brought him back to his best. Although he had a shocking miss in the World club championship final, he is well becoming Torres of Liverpool.

David Silva(£9.4M): another player who is at all-time low. Marred by injury, his value has sunk. He is currently flying under the radar of mainstream FF'ers, but those who have followed City games know during the last 3 games he could have had 2 goals against Man Utd (Saved by De Gea in 1v1). He had 1 assist against against Newcastle in GW17 but could've had 3 more assists if it weren't for shocking misses by Tevez (1v1), Nasri (off the post) and Aguero (1v1). Next game is home to Reading, expect hammering and Silva assists or goals. Apart from these two I dont see any gems.

I would keep an eye on Hazard and Mata though. Benitez' Chelsea seems to be up and running.
